How – As the last step in your morning skincare routine, apply a generous, even layer to your face and neck before sun exposure (use one teaspoon – less than a quarter fl. oz.). Reapply every 2 hours when in direct sunlight, after toweling, swimming or sweating. Please keep in mind that sunscreen does not provide 100 % protection from UV rays. The best protection is to keep out of direct sunlight between noon and 3 PM when the sun is at its strongest. Warning: Reducing this quantity will significantly lower the level of  protection.
